I was talking to my sweet friend they other day and she was telling me that I haven't written in a while and how she missed it. I'm so SORRY guys! I haven't written in such a long time and me too I miss it. I miss writing to you all and sharing my stories of life and my journey's and adventures! I'm going to try really really hard during the summer to stay on track and come out with a post more regularly, I want to be consistent and diligent in my post. Thank you guys for hanging in there with me and supporting me in my life!

This last Sunday was my 21st birthday and OH. MY. GOODNESS. it was the BEST birthday I've ever had in all the birthday. My last birthday was SO bust and I was pretty sure I had no friends. There was a small incident last year where a had a small get together with some friends and everyone said they were gonna come and then the day of the party they all bailed and no one showed up. I cried myself to sleep that night. This year I was so nervous and I didn't actually really care what people said or if they noticed me because all I wanted to do was spend the day living it. I didn't want anyone to steal my joy or be in control of how the day went! I was so looking forward to spending my day with family and doing what made me happy !! The Lord had such an amazing plan in store for me because my 21st all started with the most amazing friends that face timed me at 11:45 to stay up till midnight to be the first ones to wish me a happy birthday.....in that moment it brought tears to my eyes because no one has ever treated me like that or showed that much interest in me. That actually was the best gift anyone could give me! Time spent just talking is one of my favorite things to do!

Early that morning I met with half of my family to have breakfast at Liberty Market and had my first drink...dang. I had a mimosa and I thought it was going to be the best drink, champagne and orange juice. How much better could you get? Champagne sounds so fancy that I had no doubt that it would taste the way it did. haha Not my favorite drink and I probably will never drink again! haha It was such a beautiful day and I'm thankful I was able to spend it with my sweet family! I then went to my future church home and worshiped with some of the most amazing people and it was an honor to be able worship on my birthday!! It's amazing to see how God is working in the lives of his children and how he is consistently pursuing us and making us onto the children he designed us to be. God is so amazing! Once church was over I went to get lunch with my family and we stayed out just hanging and having a good time!! I ended my day with my sweet sweet friends and I couldn't have asked for a better birthday then the one God gave me!! I want to share with you 21 things I've learned over the course of my 21 years of life!

1) Don't be afraid or ashamed to be yourself....You are who God made you to be. There is ONLY one you and you are perfect just the way He made you. Take pride and joy in that.

2) Live life without limits....Take risk, live without fear in your heart. Take chances and live everyday as if its your last.

3) Sing in your car at the top of your lungs, with the windows down.....Let this bring joy and fun filled time with yourself.

4) Love without limits....No matter how hard it hurts or if you don't want to, God calls you to love and love is what can heal ANY wound.

5) Take the time to get to know your friends...Invest in your friends and get to know their heart. Get deep because that is when you can begin to really trust and love them no matter what!

6) Be a friend always....Always be there to listen and care for people! If you want to have a friend you have to be a friend.

7) Encourage people....Especially in the hard times encourage people, give them the hope of Christ!

8) Love people....People can be very mean and rude but you need them so love on them and make them feel loved no matter what.

9) Be willing to be selfless....Everything is not about you so take the time do something else for someone!!

10) Drink lots of coffee...Ayye coffee is a sweet thing and it is SO good!

11) Eat pizza....Yum...the best food created ever!

12) Laugh.....They say laughing makes you live longer so if its funny then laugh!! I love to laugh all the time!

13) Cry....When you have no words cry because sometime crying says it all!

14) Be extra but only when you need to be (;

15) Take risks

16) Go on adventures

17) Trust in the Lord with all your heart, no matter how hard it is or how much it hurts

18) Live as if today was your last

19) Spend time with your Momma...she knows everything and is the best!

20) Take time for yourself

21) Be a good listener

I've learned way more than these 21 things that came to mind when I was writing this and I know I have a lot to learn in the years to come but these are the ones I feel like I needed to learn in my season of life. I have a feeling that this year is going to be the best one! I have some amazing friends to do life alongside with and a family who continues to love me no matter what! God you have blessed me more than I could have ever imagined and I couldn't thank you more or love you more! Thank you for choosing me always and helping me find hope in the midst of pain!

These 21 years of life have had its ups and downs but everything that I've learned has been making me into the woman I am suppose to be! I'm excited for what the Lord has in store for the years to come!!

Forever&Always
